Food & Beverages
Bagian Makanan dan Minuman adalah Departemen terbesar di kapal Pesiar (Cruise Ship), Masing-masing Staffnya bertanggung jawab untuk masing-masing area : ruang makan utama (Main Dining Room(s)), Restoran Tematik (Specialty Restaurant)seperti: Italian, French Restaurant dll, Bar, dapur (kitchen) dan Bagian Kebersihan (utilities).
Manajer Bagian Makanan dan Minuman (F & B Manager) adalah kepala seluruh Departemen.


Pekerjaan dalam Departemen F & B di atas kapal pesiar dibagi menjadi beberapa Divisi :
- Administrasi Makanan dan Minuman
- Restoran
- Bar
- Layanan antar makanan ke Kabin-Kabin Penumpang (Room Service)
- Bagian Pengolahan makanan (Galley/Kitchen).


Divisi Restoran ini juga dibagi menjadi lima wilayah operasi :
- Main Dining Room (s)
- Top Deck Buffet/Casual Dining Restaurant (Restoran di dek atas)
- Restoran Tematik (Specialty Restaurant)
- Room Service
- Officer/Staff /Crew Mess (Ruang makan karyawan).

Divisi Administrasi di Food and Beverage Department :
- Food and Beverage Manager
- Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
- Senior Assistant Food Manager
- Food and Beverage Manager Trainee
- Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant

Divisi Operasional di Bagian Dining Room (Restoran Utama):
- Restaurant Manager / Maitre d'
- Assistant Maitre d'
- Cellar Master
- Head Waiter / Chef de Rang
- Head Sommelier / Head Wine Waiter
- Waiter / Waitress
- Sommelier - Wine Waiter/ees
- Assistant Sommelier
- Dining Room / Specialty Restaurant Utility Cleaner

Divisi di Bagian Minuman (Bar) :
- Bar Manager / Bar Supervisor / Beverage Manager
- Assistant Bar Manager/ Bar Supervisor/ Beverage Manager
- Head Bartender
- Bartender
- Bar Waiter / Waitress (Bar Steward / Stewardess atau Bar Server)
- Bar Utility / Bar Back

- Maitre d’ - Specialty Restaurant
- Assistant Maitre d’ - Specialty Restaurant
- Chef de Rang - Specialty Restaurant
- Sommelier - Specialty Restaurant
- Commis de Rang - Specialty Restaurant

Divisi Banquet/Prasmanan (Buffet / Casual Dining Restaurant) :
- Buffet / Casual Dining Restaurant Manager
- Buffet Steward / Stewardess (Casual Dining Server)
- Buffet / Snack Attendant

Divisi di Pelayanan antar makanan ke kamar (Room Services) :
- Room Service Manager/Supervisor
- Room Service Attendant
- Private Bar Attendant
- Room Service Telephone Operator

Divisi di Ruang makan karyawan :
- Officer / Staff / Crew Mess Attendant
